First Lutheran Church is now holding in person worship services at the church
Service will be 10:30a.m.
We are able to have 50 people worshipping in our sanctuary each Sunday.
There will be restrictions in place to keep everyone as safe as possible. Due to the number of active COVID-19 cases in Roosevelt County, wearing of cloth masks is required in accordance with the governor's mandate and the Roosevelt County Health Department. The pews will remain roped off to maintain social distancing. Members of the same household may sit together; however, please do not sit with members of another household.
We are now having a weekly sign-in sheet stationed before you enter the sanctuary. The purpose of this is to assist the county health department if contact tracing becomes necessary. You are not required to sign this, but it will be of great help to the health department to contact those who were also in worship that Sunday, if someone who attends worship becomes COVID positive. Thank you for your help in keeping our community safe and healthy.
Offering and communion will be done a little differently than usual. We are now able to have fellowship after the worship service, with social distancing observed.
The council is asking that you don't come to the church any sooner than approximately 10-15 minutes before the worship service starts to avoid breaking social distancing recommendations.
There will be bulletins again; and as always, everything for the service will be on the overhead screens.
Right now, for any event; e.g. weddings, baptisms, confirmations, funerals, there is a limit of a total of 50 people being in the building.
If you would like to support the ministries of First Lutheran, this can be done by 1.) Weekly offerings, 2.) Mailing in your offering/donation to 415 Johnson Street, Wolf Point, MT 59230, or 3.) on-line giving at firstlutheranwp.org. Thank you for your support of the ministries of First Lutheran.
