Measure out dry ingredients
Add oil to yeast-sugar mix and then the flour etc.
Kneed for five minutes, lightly oil bowl place in bowl lift and flip so there is an oiled side facing you, and cover with damp cloth.
Let rise for 20 minutes in warm area I usually place mine in very low oven below 100 degrees.

Make into a loaf about 5” diameter place in pre-heated 420 degree oven and bake for ten minutes.
I half or third recipe for one communion bread  + dinner rolls (1/2) or one loaf (1/3)
It takes about an hour max to prepare. I do it Sunday morning so bread is fresh and maybe even warm. Full recipe is great for fast dinner rolls or pizza crust.
